Food & Fellowship

Ignite CPC is a chance for men to gather and hear stories, adventures, skills, wisdom, hobbies, and insights in a fast and furious fashion. It’s a time to get to know some people you might not otherwise hear from or learn something new from guys you already know. It will be fun, serious, and well, anything could happen.

The presenters will be men you may see each Sunday at CPC or sit next to in church or in a Community Group. You might hear from an elder, a schoolteacher, rocket scientist, entrepreneur, accountant, baker or candlestick maker.

Read the information below and submit a speaker application if you would like to be a presenter this year. Submit the form by Wednesday, October 7th.

Potential Topics

• A favorite hobby or interest and why you like it
• An experience that radically shaped your faith
• A time you failed miserably- and why it was a good thing
• A moment that changed your life
• Book(s) or movie(s) that inspire you and why
• How you became a Christian
• An extraordinary skill God has given you
• Your favorite quote/advice
• Your vocation and how you seek to serve the Lord in it
• A lesson the Lord has been teaching you recently

Rules

• Your presentation cannot exceed 5 minutes
• You may use Powerpoint slide, but must have 5 or fewer slides
• You may bring props instead of slides
• You must turn in your slides 48 hours before the event
